Privacy Policy

CF Capital Partners, LLC, which also uses the names BNB Empire, 360 BNB Solutions, and The BNB Game · Last updated: September 24, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, book a call, talk to us, or receive our emails and text messages; how we use it; who we share it with; and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to our booking questions — including how much capital you have available to start a business. If you talk to us, we keep notes from those conversations, and we may keep your replies to our emails and texts.

Information about your calls with us. We record and transcribe our sales calls, may record coaching calls, and keep a written summary of them. On video calls, you will see a recording indicator.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, we and our partners collect your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies. That includes identifiers carried in ad links, such as Meta's and Google's click IDs.

Information we receive from other sources. When you interact publicly with our ads or pages on social media — for example, by commenting on one of our ads — we receive your comment and the name on your public profile, and we may reply to you publicly or by direct message. When you book through our scheduling partner, we receive the booking details you gave them.

2. How we use information

We use it to schedule and hold your call; to send confirmations and reminders by email and text; to follow up about our programs; to record and review calls so we can train our team and improve how we serve you; to reply to your comments and messages, including with automated replies; to understand and improve our website and offers; to measure and improve our advertising, including showing you our ads on other platforms; to take payment; to protect against fraud; and to comply with the law.

3. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. They record events such as page visits and whether you booked a call. Meta uses this to measure our ads, improve who sees them, and show you our ads on Meta's apps and elsewhere.

We also send some of this event information to Meta directly from our servers, through Meta's Conversions API, so our ad measurement works even when a browser blocks the pixel.

When you book a call, we send your email address, phone number, and name to Meta in hashed (encoded) form, so Meta can connect the booking to an ad you saw. Hashing hides the original text, but it does not make the information anonymous: Meta can still match it to an account. We also tell Meta whether your booking met our program's requirements based on your answers to our booking questions, and we may tell Meta whether you later enrolled in a program.

We also use Google's advertising tags, including the Google tag and Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure our ads on Google and YouTube, improve who sees them, and show you our ads on Google's services and elsewhere. When you book a call, we may also send your email address and phone number to Google in hashed form, so Google can connect the booking to an ad you saw. As with Meta, hashing does not make the information anonymous.

Our current advertising partners are Meta and Google.

4. How we share information

We share information with companies that run parts of our business for us, under contract, and only so they can provide services to us:

  • Scheduling: iClosed
  • Video calls and calendar invitations: Zoom and Google
  • Customer records, marketing automation, email, and our website funnel: HighLevel (LeadConnector)
  • Customer records, calling, and text messaging: Close
  • Website delivery, security, and integration infrastructure (including message delivery): Cloudflare
  • Call recording and transcription: Fathom
  • Automated reply drafting: OpenAI, through our marketing platform
  • Payments: our payment processor and, if you use a payment plan, the financing company that provides it
  • Website hosting

We also share information with advertising partners, as described in section 3; when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety; in connection with a sale or merger of our business; and with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." You can limit how Meta and Google use this information (section 7).

5. Calls

We record and transcribe calls with our team; on video calls, you will see a recording indicator. We use the recordings and transcripts to follow up accurately, to train and review our team, and to improve our programs.

6. Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we'll text you about your call: a confirmation, reminders, a short prep video, and follow-ups if you miss, cancel, or reschedule it. Our texts come from the phone number of the team member assigned to you, so the number you see may differ from one message to the next. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. When you reply STOP, we stop texting you from every number we use, not only the one you replied to.

We share your phone number with Meta, and may share it with Google, in hashed form, to measure and improve our ads (section 3); we do not sell it for money. Your text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

7. Your choices

  • Advertising: adjust how Meta uses information for ads in your Meta Accounts Center → Ad preferences (https://accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences), and how Google does in Google's My Ad Center (https://myadcenter.google.com/); you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Texts: reply STOP.
  • Browser signals: we do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals.
  • Requests: to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy when our practices change, and revise the "Last updated" date above.
